COVID-19 Notice

All ministry gatherings are canceled until further notice due to safety concerns.

Food distribution is temporarily discontinued, as we are looking for ways to do so safely.

Staff members are using social media platforms to engage with students.

Gatherings of more than 10 people are discouraged in all of our facilities.

We exist to share the love and hope of Christ in high need areas. We will accomplish this through encouraging, empowering, educating, and mentoring “at risk” students and families in our area.

AGORA Hope Pantry is our bi-monthly relationship ministry with a food distribution. Our goal is not just to feed, but to develop relationships with our families. Our Hope Pantry is where this begins. We share tacos, donuts, coffee and water with our families; we break bread together. Then we have a short bi-lingual service and a food distribution.

We provide food to our near community, which has the lowest per capita income of any zip code in San Antonio.

No registration requirement.

Free

Second and fourth Wednesday of each month.

AGORA Kids is the children’s ministry at AGORA. Two weeks out of the month we do an outreach event in one of our local housing projects: Alazan/ Apache Courts, Villa Veramendi, or the Cassiano Homes. We invite kids to join us for a fun program. The other two Saturday’s of the month we do “Core Kids.” This time is spent investing in a smaller group of kids, teaching character development, life skills and growing deeper in relationships with God and each other. Each event consists of hand movement songs, games, food, fun and most importantly a life relevant lesson that will help develop their character to become the best they can be!

COVID-19 Notice

COVID may have changed how we do things, but it has not changed our mission or our call to serve our community!

We download, print and deliver homework assignments for students in our service area that do not have access to a computer or wifi at home.

We also provide crayons, pens, pencils, and other materials the students need to complete their work.

We also check students' homework, track their progress, and offer incentives for the students who finish their packets.

Call for more information.

Revolution Youth is the weekly junior high and high school ministry. We spend time with our teenagers in a fun, encouraging, safe, and engaging environment. We sing, play games, teach Bible truths, and teach character and who Christ is in our Saturday night youth night. We feed our students every Revolution night at AGORA.
