DaisyCares provides empowering presentations to school-aged children in schools, after-school programs, and other activities.

This project promotes kindness to animals by way of interactive group activities adjusted to meet the age(s) of the specific group of children and allocated time.

We know that measures to reduce transmission of COVID-19 (coronavirus) means our students are learning from home. Parents are welcome to use these resources to teach children responsible pet ownership and engage in hands on activities.

Promote Animal Welfare Education, PAWedu, is unique in that it provides education to adults who have been accused, charged, or convicted of cruelty to an animal.

This 14 lesson online course teaches adults about the humane treatment and care of animals. It helps them to examine some of their own thoughts and reactions that might not be appropriate.

Lessons include topics such as, Forms of Animal Cruelty – Abandonment, Animal Fighting, Causing Unnecessary Suffering, and The Link between Animal Cruelty and Human Cruelty.

The course is used to incorporate an educational or rehabilitative component into a part of the legal process that offenders undertake, if ordered by a court.
