On a monthly basis, BTLOP provides a hot meal, snack lunch, hygiene packs (deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, lotion, soap, shampoo and conditioner) and new underwear to displaced clients/community members.

To assist with the process, BTLOP has partnered with four community churches (Friendship, God's Property, New Light and Revelation) to provide the meals and Wheatley High School Alumni to provide hygiene packs. On average, 125 - 150 people are served monthly.
