The BCC partners with the Patrick Heath Public Library (PHPL), the Boerne Area Democrats, and the Boerne Public Library Foundation to promote literacy by providing books and programs for at-risk children.  Additionally, the BCC works with PHPL and the Boerne Family YMCA to facilitate an outreach program that brings literacy and sports activities to Boerne neighborhoods in need.

This program provides brand, new bunk beds, mattresses, comforters, sheets, and pillows for children without beds. Volunteers help to deliver and assemble the bunk beds on site. A proper bed is a basic need for a child’s emotional, mental, and physical health. Every child should have a safe and comfortable bed to sleep in at night!

Must reside in Kendall County.
