HCFS operates at the intersection of urgent need and lasting change. We foster mental and physical wellness, stability and independence for individuals and families who are in crisis in Kendall County.

Our vision is to create an empowered community. HCFS is committed to providing case management services, innovative support including supplemental self–selection groceries, emergency financial assistance for individuals and families in the community who are experiencing a crisis.

Shoppe for a Cause!

It’s upscale resale shop tucked in an unexpected location in Boerne, TX.

Jill Ramsey, manager, and her team carefully select items for the stores to ensure that excellent quality merchandise and modern styles are available at all times.

New merchandise is available daily so no two days are the same at Random Hangers.

You can find seasonally appropriate designer clothing, shoes, handbags and accessories at Random Hangers and art, household goods and gifts items at The Warehouse.

Random Hangers and Warehouse accepts donations of new and gently used clothing, household goods, kitchen items and furniture. All donations are sold to aide HCFS clients in their journey to self-sufficiency.

We accept donations for Random Hangers and the Warehouse, Tuesday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
