This supervised outpatient withdrawal management program allows individuals to start their recovery at home while continuing with their lives.

A physical exam and a supervised plan of care are overseen by a licensed medical director. The plan is individualized to meet the unique needs of each client and medication is provided to assist with withdrawal symptoms. Clients attend counseling with a licensed substance abuse therapist, are introduced to appropriate support groups, and receive help with discharge planning and after-hours referrals.
