South San ISD in partnership with six community agencies is offering mental wellness services for enrolled students and their families. This collaboration was conceived from the advocacy efforts of a group of South San High School students who saw the barriers students faced in accessing mental health services.

South San Antonio Independent School District's CARE Zone ([email protected]) is located at 2707 W. Gerald, San Antonio, TX 78211. Since opening our doors in 2019, we have offered no-cost mental wellness services. 
These evidence-based services include: individual, group, family, and substance abuse counseling, as well as psychiatry, and community education groups.

Services are offered at no cost to elementary, middle and high school students and their families.

The CARE Zone also partners with the agencies listed below. This form can be used if you need assistance with clothes, ESL classes, food, Medicaid and food stamp application assistance, or school supplies.
