The Nurse-Family Partnership is a voluntary, free maternal and childhood health program providing first-time mothers valuable knowledge and support throughout pregnancy and until their babies reach two years of age. Specially trained registered nurses empower mothers to confidently create a better life for their children and themselves, supporting them as they handle the challenges and experience the joys of motherhood.
