Trauma-Specialized Yoga Therapy integrates many mind and body practices, such as breath, movement, relaxation, and mindful meditation through a trauma-informed lens.

It focuses on the individual’s own experiences, building a safe container to work on their present health and wellness using the body’s beautiful capacity to heal from the inside out.

Two-tier sliding scale and pro-bono programs are available.

An initial 30-minute information session is complimentary.
