EOTOSA is the only adult literacy provider in the San Antonio area serving low-literate adults. We take our time to help adults gain the necessary skills needed to improve their lives.

Services are offered to those 18 and older.

• Enrollment requirements: By appointment only in person
• Must have a government-issued photo ID or birth certificate
• 18-year-old students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless living alone.

The enrollment process takes 2-3 hours and includes: 

• Completing enrollment forms
• Baseline assessments in math and reading for GED and ABE Students 
• Baseline assessments in reading, writing, listening, and speaking for ESL students
• Consultation with a literacy or ESL instructor
