CJCGC trains women and men through a 10-week class utilizing the Jobs for Life(TM) curriculum. Each intern (client) is equipped to understand the dignity of work, complete a vocational plan, and build a network to pursue God’s plan for their life.
The Bible is used as a textbook to help interns understand their journey, God-given value, and purpose. To increase employability, interns are trained to use standard computer programs like Microsoft Office or career-specific programs like QuickBooks. With the opportunity to complete industry-recognized certifications, interns increase their marketability to employers.

Head Start provides quality preschool education services to children 3–4 years of age for working or school-enrolled parents in a licensed child development facility that meets Federal Income Poverty Guidelines and primarily resides in the Harlandale Independent School District.
Services are provided through a combination model of comprehensive education services to eligible children.
