Fitness Station Info: HealthBeat Outdoor Fitness Systems featuring interactive and stationary fitness equipment.

Outdoor fitness equipment is available at this and other parks throughout the city. Enjoy the great outdoors while getting fit and toning those muscles. Your own outdoor gym!

These outdoor fitness stations feature high-quality equipment that allows you to combine your cardio workout on the trails with a total body workout on the equipment. The majority of the installations were made possible by an Americans Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funded grant entitled Communities Putting Prevention to Work (CPPW).

Get out there and enjoy the fresh air and the scenery while getting fit.

  • The Row Machine
  • Seated Leg Press
