Our clinic serves those without insurance in Bandera, Edwards, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, and Real counties.
We cannot provide services to those with insurance coverage, indigent care, or veteran care.
To determine eligibility for care, please provide a copy of your income tax return (1040).
If you did not file a tax return, please provide documents from one of the following categories:
Extension letter with W2 forms
W2 forms
Letter from employer stating your wages
Pay stubs for 4 weeks or bank statements showing Social Security direct deposits
Financial Assistance Form (FAF) and letter from the person providing financial assistance
Free to eligible medically underserved residents of Kerrville and the surrounding areas.

The PCHS Pharmacy is located in the Presidio County Medical Clinic. The pharmacy dispenses medication and may administer some vaccines.
