The mission of the Guardians of the Children (GOC) is to recognize and react to child abuse and educate the public to do the same; to serve as advocates to provide strength and stability to families in crisis; and be an answer to the prayer of an abused child or teen for courage, support and protection.

The NCBW of San Antonio sees to empower women through programs that meet their diverse needs while promoting the awareness of African American culture; networking developing leadership in economic, health, education, and political arenas, and serving as mentors and role models for economically disadvantaged and under-served women.

Pregnancy Care Center is a non-profit, 501 (3)(c) organization serving the San Antonio community since 1981. We provide compassionate care to women and men facing an unplanned pregnancy through a variety of free services; options counseling, pregnancy tests, limited sonograms and STI testing, parenting support programs and material assistance with baby care items.

This center does not offer abortion services or refer for abortions.

Seniors 2000 is licensed as a Medical Model Adult Day Care Facility by the Texas Department Of Aging and Disability Services.

Our nursing staff develops a care plan for each of our clients. A change in a medical condition is promptly reported to the primary care physician.

We employ Registered Nurses for our clients' medical evaluations, a Registered Dietician supervising and monitoring our food programs, and Nursing Attendants to provide nursing assistance needs.

We contract with Amerigroup Health Care, Molina Health Care, Superior Health Plan, AACOG, and United States Veterans (VA).

If a client is eligible under the Medicaid Program, the services will be paid in full by Medicaid and will be at no cost to the client.

HeavenSent is a mission to nursing homes that provides free greeting cards to encourage residents to reach out more to friends, family, staff, and each other through the love of Jesus. Residents are also prayed for and ministered to personally during regular visits, helping their faith in God to grow.

Angel Helpers Ministry's mission is to bring the joy of Jesus to families in need in San Antonio and surrounding areas by meeting their needs during the holiday seasons and throughout the year.

We provide Thanksgiving meals, Christmas gifts for kids, Silver Santa boxes for seniors, Easter bags, and back to school supplies.

We also help connect the community to the physical needs of those around them.
