We're a Christ-focused community, doing our best to love and serve others.

In addition to being the place where weekly worship services are held on Sunday, a meetinghouse in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints also includes classrooms, offices, a font for baptisms, a kitchen, and in many cases a multi-use cultural hall.

We have programs for every age and stage of life that help our members and neighbors live happier, more fulfilling lives. Come join us.

All over the world, we work to share a message of happiness and the good news of Jesus Christ. We invite you to share what inspires you.

Wounded Warrior Project (Nonprofit )

Every warrior has a next mission. We know that the transition to civilian life is a journey. And for every warrior, family member, and caregiver, that journey looks different.

We are here for their first step and each step that follows. Because we believe that every warrior should have a positive future to look forward to. There’s always another goal to achieve, another mission to discover. We are their partner in that mission.

We serve veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness, or wound while serving in the military on or after September 11, 2001. You are our focus. You are our mission.

Here you’re not a member - you’re an alumnus, a valued part of a community that’s been where you’ve been and understands what you need. Everything we offer is free because there’s no dollar value to finding recovery and no limit to what you can achieve.

St Brigid Catholic Church (Faith / Christian )

St. Brigid Catholic Community, as part of the Archdiocese of San Antonio, is here so that the Risen Christ may be present for each one of us, and we may then go out into society and reach out to others.

We recognize every person in the community, each with specific needs and unique gifts, and we enable one another to answer God’s call. We also recognize that in so doing we are stewards of God’s creation and are called to share our time, talents and treasures.

It is through creating a prayerful, healing, reconciling atmosphere and the sharing of ourselves in love, that we experience God’s creative Spirit among us. It binds us into God’s family, encourages each of us to become Church, and impels us to proclaim the Gospel to the entire world!

We come from hundreds of ethnic and language backgrounds, yet we are united by common goals. Above all, we want to honor Jehovah, the God of the Bible and the Creator of all things. We do our best to imitate Jesus Christ and are proud to be called Christians. Each of us regularly spends time helping people learn about the Bible and God’s Kingdom. Because we witness, or talk, about Jehovah God and his Kingdom, we are known as Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Church In San Antonio (Faith / Christian )

"Not abandoning our own assembling together, as the custom with some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more as you see the day drawing near." - Hebrews 10:25

We are not part of any denomination. We follow the New Testament pattern, which shows Christ’s believers congregating only on the basis of the locality in which they live (see Acts 8:1; 13:1; Rom. 16:1; 1 Cor. 1:2). Since we live in San Antonio, we meet simply as the Church in San Antonio, which is and includes all believers of Christ in San Antonio. As the church in San Antonio, we receive all the believers in San Antonio, as Christ has also received us (Rom. 15:7).

We hold the faith which is common to all believers (Titus 1:4; Jude 3). These are our core beliefs and we believe that based on these truths as our foundation we believers can come together to have sweet fellowship to enjoy our dear Lord Jesus Christ.

We are currently meeting in various homes throughout San Antonio to fellowship and enjoy the Word with one another.

Home Group Meetings - Various Locations and Times. Please contact us for further details.

POMC makes the difference through on-going emotional support, education, prevention, advocacy, and awareness.

Parents of Murdered Children was founded by Charlotte and Bob Hullinger in Cincinnati, Ohio

in 1978, three months after their daughter, Lisa, died from injuries inflicted by her former boyfriend. Father Ken Czillinger, a Roman Catholic priest active in leading support groups for the bereaved, directed the Hullingers to others whose children had been murdered and met with the group during the first few months. In their mutual grieving, the parents discovered that by listening to each other, by crying together, and by understanding how each felt, their grief was lessened. Parents of Murdered Children has expanded to include other family members and friends who are survivors and now has chapters and contact people throughout the United States and abroad.

Whole Life Christian Church (Faith / Christian )

God gave us a vision to build a church and minister to the needs of this community. We have been faithful in that endeavor and the Lord has honored our obedience with His presence and blessings!

We Believe -

The Holy Scriptures as originally given by God, are divinely inspired, inerrant, entirely trustworthy, and the only supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

Special creation of the existing space-time universe and all its basic systems and kinds of organisms in the six literal days of the creation week.

The Trinitarian God of the Bible, one in substance, manifests in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

God the Father, the first person of the Divine Trinity, is infinite Spirit – sovereign, eternal, unchangeable in all His attributes. He is worthy of honor, adoration, and obedience.

The Lord Jesus Christ, God manifest in the flesh, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His divine miracles, His vicarious death on the cross, His bodily resurrection from the dead, and his personal return in power and glory.

Thousand Oaks Bible Church (Faith / Christian )

At Thousand Oaks Bible Church, we believe in doing life together. We value relationships and community.  There are many great churches in the area, but we truly desire to be a different kind of church.  A church where people of all races worship together. A church where people accept you for who you are and where you are in life.  We don't just share the ups and joys of life, but we walk alongside of you when hard times happen.  Life was never meant to do alone.  We are one big family....WELCOME HOME!

We believe it is ok to be broken, but we also believe God can heal your brokenness.

Our Mission is three-fold:

  • Discover who I am and the plans God has for me
  • Develop into the person that God has created me to be
  • Display the change God has made in my life and live out what I believe
