We come from hundreds of ethnic and language backgrounds, yet we are united by common goals. Above all, we want to honor Jehovah, the God of the Bible and the Creator of all things. We do our best to imitate Jesus Christ and are proud to be called Christians. Each of us regularly spends time helping people learn about the Bible and God’s Kingdom. Because we witness, or talk, about Jehovah God and his Kingdom, we are known as Jehovah’s Witnesses.

My counseling specialty is Women's Issues.

Exploring female experiences across the lifespan brings a perspective that is often overlooked or down-played. Whether a hormonal issue is contributing to life stress such as PMS, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum adjustments, or perimenopause and menopausal transitions or societal expectations such as work/life balance, perfectionism, being that "Good Mom" or feelings of never quite doing it right or being good enough, guilt, and shame, together we can "figure it out".

We can explore and problem solve together. Quite amazing how just listening, talking, connecting, and yes - even laughing - about the hurts, stresses, and absurdities of life can be so refreshing and healing.

My practice has two main components: Counseling women over age 23, and educational development for counseling professionals.

  • Anxiety
  • Co-Dependency (I Care for Others More Than Myself)
  • Depression
  • Grief and Loss
  • Fertility/Infertility
  • Life Purpose ...Why Am I Here?
  • Life Transitions
  • Perimenopause/Menopause Adjustment
  • Maternal Mental Health
  • Motherhood and Parenting (infant through adult children)
  • PMS/PMDD
  • Postpartum Adjustments
  • Relationship Exploration
  • Spiritual Awakening
  • Stress
  • Vulnerability
  • Women's Roles and Expectations
  • Work/Life Balance

We are Cross of Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church.  We are here to tell the story of God’s love and salvation in Christ.

  • We believe the entire Bible to be the inspired Word of God.
  • We believe it to be without error.
  • We do not try to interpret the Bible, for scripture interprets scripture, not man.
  • We believe in one triune God; one God in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  • We believe that God has revealed the Law and Gospel to us in his Holy Scripture.
  • We believe the entire Bible to be Christ-centered.
  • We believe the Bible is fully sufficient, clearly teaching people all they need to know to reach heaven.

AT CROSS OF CHRIST WE PREACH CHRIST WAS CRUCIFIED. Jesus died for all of us and paid the price for our sins. Through Him alone, we are promised eternal life in heaven.

We are fostering healthier, stronger and more prosperous communities by uplifting the members of our community.

It is our mission to provide a helping hand to community members who are struggling to meet their basic needs and more importantly provide them with the tools they need to not only survive but to thrive.

Whether it be our youth looking for a way to advance themselves with job opportunities, a single mother struggling with food insecurity, or a senior on a fixed income looking for utility assistance, the biggest barrier to success is the lack of access to resources.

Psychotherapy - Psychological Testing - Immigration

Painful, stressful, and overwhelming events in our lives touch us all at one point or another.  Though our struggles in life are opportunities for deeper self-reflection, growth, and change, we sometimes feel stuck in our efforts to move past them. For many individuals and families, psychotherapy plays an important role in managing these opportunities effectively.

In therapy, our goal is for you to feel emotionally safe and empowered to overcome the difficulties you face. You and your therapist will work together to address your concerns. Our hope is that you leave your sessions feeling supported, understood, and better equipped to improve satisfaction in your life.

Grace Orthodox Presbyterian Church (Faith / Christian )

Grace Orthodox Presbyterian Church (Grace OPC)  is committed to the glory of God. We exist for the praise and pleasure of our sovereign Lord. Our church was born out of a struggle to remain faithful to the Word of God, and we have sought to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord. By the grace of the Holy Spirit, we seek to worship the Lord with reverence and to live in obedience to God's Word, the Church's only rule for faith and life. We also endeavor to make known the glorious gospel of God's free and all-sufficient grace through local and worldwide outreach.

The Orthodox Presbyterian Church (OPC) is steadfastly committed to the glory of God. She has seen his hand guide, protect, and even reprove her in the short sixty-plus years of her existence. She was born out of persecution for the gospel's sake, nurtured in adversity, and strengthened as she sought to fulfill her Master's call. She strives to keep her eyes fixed on Christ Jesus, her Savior and Lord. By the strength of His Spirit, she endeavors to live righteously in full obedience to His Word, her only rule for faith and life.

From the outset, carrying the whole truth of Scripture to the ends of the earth has been important to Orthodox Presbyterians. The OPC today has missions around the world.
