You don’t have to be one of Jehovah’s Witnesses to attend our meetings. We invite everyone to come along.

St. Cuthbert is the patron for Our Lady of The Atonement's parish home visitation ministry for our parishioners who are not able to participate in parish life due to illness or other limitations that prevents them from leaving the house. We need volunteers who are willing to donate an hour a week to let our fellow parishioners know that we have not forgotten them.

If you are interested in the program as a lay visitation minister, contact Dr. Jesús García Gallegos, [email protected] or (210) 993-2127.

We assemble to worship in an auditorium. There are no special sections or reserved seating except for the first row, which is mostly taken up by people who will be officiating in the worship.

Our worship includes the following: Prayer, Singing, Communion, Offering, and Preaching.

If you visit, you will be our guest. We hope you will meet some of the people and benefit from worshiping with us. You may be asked to fill out one of our attendance cards (found in the brochure given to visitors). If you are comfortable doing this, we will use the information to respond appropriately to your visit.

Do you have any questions? Ask any congregation members and they will help you or introduce you to someone who can. Our elders are available before and after services to help with any questions. Our minister will also be happy to talk with you at your convenience.

We’re glad you’re thinking about visiting us. If you have a background in our tradition, most of what you see will be familiar and comfortable for you.

If your visit will be the first time you’ve visited one of our Church of Christ fellowships, we’re delighted to welcome you and want to tell you about what you can expect in our assemblies.

For those who are battling serious addictions to heroin or alcohol, Texas residential drug and alcohol treatment is often the best option for recovery. This form of treatment immerses patients fully in recovery, providing time and space from the daily pressures of home to properly heal, develop self-confidence, and re-learn important life skills.

Residential drug and alcohol addiction rehab patients also have the benefit of being fully supervised within a safe environment of trust and understanding. Our medical team and other experienced staff members ensure that each patient receives the care they need. During the most vulnerable times of recovery, such as immediately following medical detoxification, this kind of environment can be the best place for our clients to start on the road to a successful recovery.

At San Antonio Recovery Center, we offer high-quality residential treatment in our state-of-the-art rehab facility in Texas. Contact us at 866-957-7885 to learn more today.

Elements typically incorporated into daily life in our Texas residential drug and alcohol treatment program include:

  • Individual Counseling – Work through the underlying causes of addiction through one-on-one sessions
  • Group Therapy – Gain perspective and build a network of support in sessions with your peers
  • Spiritual counseling – Addiction affects both the body and the mind, and spiritual counseling can help you heal
  • Dual Diagnosis – Treatment for co-occurring disorders, such as depression, trauma or anxiety
  • 12 Step Program – Find accountability and support in structured meetings
  • Education Program – Learn how addiction affects both individuals and the community
  • Family Therapy – Rebuild family connections through sessions with a therapist

Core Beliefs
True Life Church is a Christian church. We follow Jesus, teach from the Bible, and worship God as the Creator and Ruler of the universe.

Through our relationship with Christ we are healed, renewed, redeemed, forgiven, transformed, and loved. It is our passion to share this faith, hope, and Good News with the world.

God
God is the uncreated Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and are one God.

Father
The Father is the first person in the Trinity. The Son and Holy Spirit are co-equal with Him, though submissive to Him. The Father created the universe and everything in it through the Son. The Father's plan for our salvation is lovingly based on His grace, not on human works. The Father has triumphed over Satan. Despite Satan's evil influence in the world, he is a defeated foe. The Father's final victory is certain.
