Church Of God Seventh Day Adventists (Faith / Christian )

Some seek out God and community when they feel they have lost their way are seeking a deeper purpose, or are looking for a way to connect to their family and cultural identity.  We believe that the Church at its core is about finding love and truth through God’s word.

The Church of God (7th Day) is a global organization and collection of churches dedicated to serving GOD and spreading His gospel to all corners of the Earth. We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God and have built our church exclusively upon its teachings. We focus on communicating God's plan for Salvation to unbelievers who have not yet found Him, promoting the spiritual growth of church members, teaching God's Word, and providing the praise and worship which God deserves.

At The Church of God (7th Day), we hope to inspire individuals of all ages and backgrounds to bring the Lord Almighty into their lives at every stage of life. We are committed to the teachings of Jesus Christ and are here to spread His message with loving patience and kindness.

The Church of God (7th Day) is a Bible-believing church and we base our church on the Bible and only the Bible. We believe the Bible to be the only inspired word of God.

We believe in one true God who is the creator of all.  He is omnipotent, omnicient, and omnipresent.  He sent his son to Earth to be a sacrifice for our sins.  He is a separate being from his son, Jesus.  The Holy Spirit is the power of God and not a separate being with a separate consciousness.

The head of the Church of God (7th Day) is Jesus Christ and he serves as our high priest after the order of Melchisedec. This is significant because we follow all of the precepts of the Melchisedec Priesthood including the Ten Commandments, Tithing, as well as the Gospel delivered to us by Jesus Christ directly in the New Testament.

God established the seventh day, or Sabbath, to be a day of rest and worship for man.  Man was commanded by God to keep this day holy and to refrain from his daily labor on the Sabbath.  The Sabbath was established on the seventh day, which falls on Saturday on our current calendar.
