The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) is the largest non-profit HUD-certified organization.
NACA has been at the forefront of fighting predatory lending starting in the 1980s and was the organization that coined the term "Predatory Lending."
NACA, through its counseling subsidiary, does about 30% of the total counseling in the country out of 1,800 HUD-certified organizations. This comprehensive counseling and access to its Best in America mortgage has established the standard for affordable homeownership for low-to-moderate-income people.

The NACA Mortgage offers everyone the same below-market fixed interest rate with no down-payment, no closing costs, fees, points, or PMI.
Eligibility:
- Member or anyone in the household cannot own another property when they close on the NACA mortgage.
- Member must occupy the home as long as they have a mortgage obtained through NACA.
