Helping you solve life's challenges.

Psychotherapy is both a process and a relationship. It is equally necessary to trust in the process and to feel connected to your therapist. Change is difficult and does not happen quickly for most people.

Therapy works.

We believe in the process, and we believe in your ability to make changes that will improve your life and the lives of those you love. It is never too late.

Couples Therapy:

Relationships can bring us great joy and great heartbreak. We treat couples who are experiencing distress along their journey together.

Of course, therapy isn't just for couples who are facing difficult times. Couples therapy is a great option for young relationships (at any age), for those who want to renew their spark, and as a means to enhance communication.

Divorce Counseling:

When one or both of you have decided to end the relationship, you may find it useful to meet with one of our experienced therapists to minimize the inevitable pain and distress, particularly when you have children together. We can help you navigate the difficult road ahead.

Because there is power in knowledge.

  • Learning Disabilities

A competent, comprehensive evaluation of cognitive and academic strengths and weaknesses is an essential component for enhancing academic success at any age. Our psychologists and neuropsychologists evaluate individuals from preschool through college and beyond.

  • Neuropsychological Evaluation

Neuropsychological testing is the only evaluation approach that looks at the ability to learn new information. It also allows us to evaluate the functional integrity of the brain in individuals with neurological conditions. Neuropsychologists play an increasingly important role in evaluating normal and disordered learning in children, adolescents, and adults. Evaluating the memory and other cognitive changes reported by many following COVID-19 exposure, including those with "long COVID" is also the job of the neuropsychologist.

  • Psychological Evaluation

A psychological evaluation can address many different types of emotional and behavioral issues. Emotional health is important to our quality of life and to the quality of life for those around us.  Our doctors provide evaluation for ADHD, anxiety, autism, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, other mood disorders, and nearly every other diagnostic category that is important to investigate.
