You must be a resident of Comal or Blanco counties and provide proof.

You must have a paid job or have a household income and perform an important unpaid job, such as:

• caregiver
• volunteer
• attend school

What to Bring:

• Proof of Income (W2, 3 recent pay stubs, or tax return)
• Photo ID
• Proof of Address (water or electric bill)
• Medications
• Medical history and lab results (if available)
• New Patient English Forms
• New Patient Spanish Forms

Uninsured

We do not accept any insurance including Medicaid or Medicare.

Volunteers report that they love volunteering for Acacia Medical Mission because it gives them an opportunity to give back to the community by helping their neighbors obtain needed medical care.
