San Antonio Community Resource Directory
Y12SR (Nonprofit )

With the promise of wholeness that creates a life that integrates all parts of ourselves –  orienting our lives, our systems, and our world towards our original nature of wholeness, fullness, and joy.

Our work is grounded in the belief that addictions are rooted in broader cultural and societal contexts that create separation and disconnect us from ourselves, our loved ones, our environment, and so much more.

We believe in our capacity to heal as individuals, families, communities, institutions, and systems – requiring an integrated effort from each of us, creating a more just and equitable society that supports the health and well-being of everyone.

Y12SR is supported by The Give Back Yoga Foundation, a national 501(c)3 that brings the transformational benefits of yoga and mindfulness to underserved and under-resourced populations.

Our holistic approach is offered within an ecosystem of Y12 programs that invites individuals to build capacity and resilience, cultivate skillful mind states for skillful actions, practice presence, integrate, learn, teach, and heal within the context of community.
