Empower others while learning new coaching skills.

Become a trained PIC Volunteer Coach and support under-resourced adults pursuing new goals for themselves and their families.

Help build your mentee's confidence, resiliency, and skills through conversations focused on their long-term transformation and self-empowerment.

PIC coaches commit to:

  • One-year partnership with their PIC member (mentee).
  • One-on-one weekly conversations held virtually and lasting 30-45 minutes.

Training for the position is provided by PIC.

PIC offers a new approach to reducing poverty and enabling people to change their long-term trajectory: training volunteer coaches to serve as supportive one-to-one partners with adult community members who want to build turnaround strategies for themselves and their families.
