Online and Virtual Assistance

Adopting a comprehensive perspective on mental well-being, our therapeutic programs provide complimentary counseling for women impacted by trauma. By fostering emotional and psychological health, we enable women to rediscover their resilience, promoting a journey of healing and personal transformation.

We have partnered with BetterHelp to offer three months of free therapy to support you and your mental health journey. BetterHelp removes the traditional barriers to therapy to give everyone access to affordable and convenient mental health care 100% online and wherever you are—via video, phone, or text.

Our mission is to provide all women with a therapeutic social network that encompasses culture, the arts, individual freedom, community involvement, and political advocacy.

Through a therapeutic social network built on cultural foundations, we create spaces for women to connect, share, and support one another. Collective wellness initiatives include psychoeducational workshops mixed with social and physical activities to celebrate the strength found in unity and sisterhood.
