
Because of our love for God and our fellow man, the mission of the Laurel Heights Seventh-day Adventist Church is to offer a joyful, loving, and open fellowship for the community, in which we seek the lost, disciple all, and have freedom as we worship and celebrate our Lord, Jesus Christ.
Our pantry operates in partnership with the San Antonio Food Bank.

A Wesley Nurse is a faith-based community nurse. The professional practice of the Wesley Nurse is not limited to the physical dimension of medical needs; rather, it includes a mind, body and spirit holistic approach.
Programs and services include:
- Health education
- Individualized diabetes education
- Diabetic supplies
- Referral assistance
- Facilitation of resources
- Exercise classes
While the Wesley Nurse program is a component of Methodist Healthcare Ministries' ecumenical outreach and located within churches, it does not teach a set of denominational beliefs.
