Comprehensive behavioral health services for both adults and children and adolescents.

Services include:

• assessment and intake
• case management
• skills training
• counseling
• pyschiatric services
• medication coordination
• outpatient substance use disorder services
• peer services
• veteran's services
• crisis services
• care coordination
• integrated physical health services
• other wrap around support services

This program will provide services for adult individuals, who are age 18 or older, who have severe and persistent mental illness or a substance use disorder.

Children and adolescents ages 3-17 who evidence significant emotional and/or behavioral difficulties and who demonstrate a need for
intensive outpatient mental health services as determined by the completion of a uniform assessment and evaluation by KCF intake clinician.
