Menstrual products such as pads and liners are provided at no cost every three months.  Enrollment lasts 12 months, the individual may re-enroll in the 12th month to continue services.

Must live in Bexar County and meet 200% Federal Poverty Line.

Present photo ID such as Driver's License or Passport.

Proof of guardianship for those under 18 required - Birth Certificate, Verification of Birth Facts, Acknowledgement of Paternity, CPS Saftey Plan, etc.
