HIP is a free, voluntary home visiting program that provides an extensive family assessment, one-on-one parenting support, and activities.

English and Spanish sessions are available.

To be eligible, parents must be:

• current/former foster youth who are expecting and/or parenting a child 0-2 years of age

or

• parents with prior history of involvement with Child Protective Services who are expecting and/or parenting a child 0-2 years of age.
