We are not able to provide assistance with the following:
- Pain Management
- Surgery
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Liver or kidney failure
- Lupus
- Oncology
Our clinic serves those without insurance in Bandera, Edwards, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, and Real counties.
We cannot provide services to those with insurance coverage, indigent care, or veteran care.
To determine eligibility for care, please provide a copy of your income tax return (1040).
If you did not file a tax return, please provide documents from one of the following categories:

Letter from employer stating your wages

Pay stubs for 4 weeks or bank statements showing Social Security direct deposits

Financial Assistance Form (FAF) and letter from the person providing financial assistance
