San Antonio Community Resource Directory

Phase One

Our Phase One program prepares students to be disciples through a six-month course filled with Bible studies, service work in the community, and volunteer work for other non-profit organizations.  The students also assist in the San Antonio Christian Church community soup kitchen as well as in their food pantry distributions.

During this phase, we will also help students with ID recovery, if needed, to prepare them for the workplace and so they can transition into our Phase Two work program.

?The program has a productive daily routine that all must adhere to. Think of it as a Boot Camp for Life. Each day begins with prayer and Bible study.  The remainder of the day keeps residents active and engaged.

Students participate in Hands On Training (HOT), which includes community service, evangelizing, and assisting other ministries.  We train students to be disciples of Jesus Christ through biblical truths.  This experience equips each one to live to the full potential God intended for their lives.

Phase Two

Our Phase Two program helps students find employment.  Participants then contribute 25% of their income toward room and board, as a way of giving back, keep 25% for their personal basic needs, and save 50% to eventually use towards transitioning back home with family or to begin independent living.

Our requirements:

  • At risk men
  • A referral from a pastor or ministry is preferred
  • To have and maintain the desire to change their life
  • To have and maintain the ability to surrender

Phase 1: Nothing.
Phase 2: 25% of income.
