The after-hours clinic at Presidio County Medical Clinic provides the convenience of a walk in clinic with specialized medical care for illnesses and injuries that require medical attention but are not life threatening.

The after-hours clinic is open Tuesday through Thursday evenings and every other Saturday during the day.

Presidio County Medical Clinic is part of Preventative Care Health Services, a comprehensive network of medical, dental, and behavioral health clinics whose mission is to serve the patients of the Big Bend region. Our providers are multifaceted, and together we see patients of all ages across many specialties:

  • Pediatrics – Children, from newborns to age 18
  • Obstetrics and Gynecology – Infertility, prenatal care, postpartum follow up, contraception, most gynecological complaints
  • Internal Medicine – Adults ages 18-65 for all medical diagnoses
  • Geriatrics – Adults over 65 and through the end of life for all medical diagnoses
  • Occupational Work Exams – DOT/CDL physicals, school physicals, pre-employment physicals, hearing screens
  • Psychiatry/Behavioral Health – Depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, dementia, delirium, and schizophrenia
