The Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS) staff offers individuals with disabilities support by helping them access the resources they need to live and work as independently as possible.

Case managers make home visits and coordinate services with state, local, and private entities to ensure quality and comprehensive support for CLASS clients.

Program eligibility requirements:

• Must be actively enrolled in the CLASS Medicaid Waiver Program through the Texas Health & Human Services Commission
